On 2nd December 2024, the much-anticipated 2024 China International Coatings Show kicked off. As an annual event of the coating industry, this exhibition brings together many domestic and foreign enterprises to discuss the development trend and future direction of the industry. Sonacme Technology was honoured to participate in this exhibition and had a face-to-face in-depth communication with all the peers and customers on the exhibition site.

At the exhibition site, Sonacme Technology's professional team will be stationed at the booth around the clock to patiently answer every visitor's questions, whether it is about the technical parameters of the equipment, the operation process, or the solutions for specific application scenarios, Sonacme Technology's team will provide the most professional answers and suggestions with the most sincere attitude. On the first day of the exhibition, Sonacme Technology attracted a large number of visitors in front of its booth. The UV Lamp Weathering Test Chamber  and Large Xenon Test Chamber prepared by the company became the highlight of the booth:

UV Lamp Weathering Test Chamber :

Blackboard temperature setting range: room temperature +10 ℃ ~ +80 ℃

Rated power of the whole machine: 3KW

Exposure area: 5175cm²/828in² 

Water consumption: 7L/day (condensation water); 3L/minute (spray water)

Large Xenon Test Chamber:

Xenon lamp light source: 6.5 KW water-cooled long arc xenon lamp 

Filter: U.S. imported filters; can fully simulate the indoor or outdoor solar spectrum 

Exposure area: 6500 cm² (one time exposure 150mm × 70mm standard sample plate 63 ~ 65 pieces) 

Irradiance monitoring point: 340nm, 420nm, 300nm ~ 400nm, 300nm ~ 800nm
