Thermal Shock Chamber is used by modern companies for product safety performance testing to provide reliability tests, product screening tests, etc., and various problems will be encountered during the testing process. Today we will briefly talk about one of them, the over-temperature alarm. What to do when an over-temperature alarm is found in the Thermal Shock Chamber? The editor of Huanyi tells you how to solve it.
1. Check whether the circulating motor in the Thermal Shock Chamber is damaged and not running.
2. Check whether the over-temperature protector (black knob with temperature value engraved on it) is set at 150°C.
3. Check whether the solid-state relay in the temperature part is burned out and short-circuited. If the heater is not burned out, use the AC voltage range of the three-meter meter, and open the voltage range to 600 volts. Place the red and black rods on the one marked as T. On both sides of the solid state relay AC, set the temperature setting value of the temperature part to 0°C. At this time, the indicator light of the solid state relay of the temperature part will not light up. If the measured voltage value does not change, it means that it is maintained below 10V. The solid state relay burns out and presents a short circuit state.
